Why work with me?
My I’ve
I’ve been studying anatomy, physiology, yoga, and Ayurveda for over 15 years.
My Postpartum Doula training was a natural next step after teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga, having my own kids, and seeing the gaps. in support.
I search to find the intersections between eastern and western sciences.
Not only am I a trained professional, but I have lived experience as a VBAC mom – one time cesarean, one time vaginal birther.
Inclusivity is one of my core values. If you’d consider your family “nontraditional,” you don’t have to worry about whether or not I’d support you or refer you to supportive providers.
While I recognize I’m a professional, I also consider myself forever a student. Its important to me to deepen my education, understanding, and compassion. I work collaboratively with families, practice gentle parenting, and pull from childcare philosophies such as Piaget and Montessori.
If you’re ready to feel supported, or have questions about whether or not any of my services are right for you, do not hesitate to reach out for a consult or a meet and greet. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll help you find who is!

About Arlee
I’m Arlee! Originally from Boston, I moved to Colorado in 2021 where my husband and I decided to grow our family. My approach to the world is evidence based and guided by Person Centered Medicine such as Ayurveda.
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2019, growing my skills and expanding my knowledge along the way to offer services to the perinatal population, include Ayurvedic concepts, and encourage connection with the whole body. I’m excited to announce that as of 2025 I’m also offering Postpartum Doula services as well as Childbirth Education and Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing classes!
In my services you can expect to see an inclusive approach that is mindful of your unique circumstance and the use of gender affirming language. I truly believe each family is special in the ways it is unique, and I want to help you nurture that.
